As the Australian distributor for Monad Ticketing, I work closely with the UK-based development team to shape the platform’s strategic direction and ensure it meets the unique needs of the Australian live performance industry.

My Role Includes:

• Collaboration on product development — Providing feedback and feature requests based on real-world use cases across theatre, festivals, and large-scale events.
• Implementation & integration — Overseeing setup and customisation for major Australian productions, ensuring seamless connections with other platforms. 
• Data-driven solutions — Building custom reporting tools and dashboards powered by Monad’s reporting system to support marketing, operations, and front-of-house teams.
• Customer experience optimisation — Designing audience-facing workflows and working to streamline exchanges and refunds.

RepairOps

RepairOps was a comprehensive repair management platform I designed and developed to streamline service workflows for electronics equipment repairs. Built on a PHP and MySQL backend with an AdminLTE-driven interface, the platform brings together job tracking, customer management, billing, and reporting into a single, user-friendly ecosystem.
